After working with Harriet not only did I achieve my weight-loss goal but, I also learned so much information about eating to perform and which kinds of foods to prioritise.

Harriet made everything very clear and gave me as much information as possible, clearly laid out and easy to understand.

The best thing for me though was that she didn’t fully restrict all foods and just say eat chicken rice and vegetables all the time; she actually took the time to see what foods I like and usually eat, then made my nutrition plan based around this, so I could still enjoy the things I love along with some new suggestions too.


I can't thank Harriet enough for the help she's given me. Unlike a lot of "diet programs", I have learned and understood how I can continue to progress, even once my program was completed

I worked with Harriet for 3 months to tweak my nutrition and lose some stubborn lockdown weight which I was struggling to progress with on my own.


Harriet’s support and wealth of knowledge was invaluable, especially coming out of lockdown and having to balance the increase in social occasions and meals out with my nutrition goals, it was really helpful to have advice and a sense of accountability too.

We managed to get the ball rolling with my weight loss and also focussed on some non-weight related goals in the gym which really helped shift the full focus from being smaller to being stronger which has been a revelation!

Joining the six-week fat loss programme has been transformational for me.


Having tried many fad diets over the years, I don’t have the best relationship with food and have been a slave to the scales most of my life. This programme has taught me how to fuel my body and make better choices meaning I have energy to train properly and am rarely hungry.


Over the programme, I have lost 6cm from my hips and waist, lost 3.5kg and look more toned. Not only that, I have tonnes more energy, better quality sleep and, most importantly, have been smashing PBs in training!
